Exhibitor Pricing Details:

All vendor spaces are 8x8 and require you to bring all of your own set-up materials.

Corner Space: $195

Inline Space: $165

Outdoor Space: $100

Exhibitor Application Information:

  • Applications are reviewed upon receipt, but it may take SEVEN TO TEN DAYS for you to receive a reply.

  • Each booth space comes with 2 free weekend vendor passes. Additional passes can be purchased in advance or at the event.

  • Each booth is an empty space, you must provide all of your own set-up materials.

  • We always encourage vendors to purchase more than one booth in order to reduce the number of "stores" present at the event.

  • Once billed, all vendor and artist invoices are due upon receipt.

  • No refunds will be issued once an invoice has been paid unless the event is canceled.

  • Booth assignments are made by the Vendor Coordinator and are subject to change up to the day of the event.

  • Booth assignments and load-in details will be emailed about 1 week before the event.

  • Internet and Electricity are not included in the vendor space purchase.  Please plan accordingly.

  • Parking for this event is not included in the price. More information about this will be sent out in future emails.​​
