Exhibitor Pricing Details:

10'x10' Corner Vendor Booth: $350*

10'x10' Inline Vendor Booth: $300 *

8'x8' Corner Artist Booth: $250*

8'x8' Inline Artist Booth: $200*

 *A Table and 2 Chairs can be purchased for an additional $10.

Exhibitor Application Information:

  • Applications are reviewed upon receipt, but it may take up to SEVEN DAYS for you to receive a reply.

  • Each booth space comes with 2 free weekend vendor passes. Additional passes can be purchased in advance or at the event.

  • Each booth is an empty space, you must provide all of your own set-up materials.

  • If you would like a table and 2 chairs, you can select to pay an additional $10. Be aware, the tables from the Fairgrounds are wood topped and are well worn and you will need to provide your own table coverings.

  • We always encourage vendors to purchase more than one booth in order to reduce the number of "stores" present at the event.

  • Once billed, all vendor and artist invoices are due upon receipt.

  • No refunds will be issued once an invoice has been paid unless the event is cancelled.

  • Booth assignments are made by the Vendor Coordinator and are subject to change up to the day of the event.

  • Booth assignments and load-in details will be emailed about 1 week before the event.

  • Internet and Electricity are not included in the vendor space purchase.  There is no internet available in the building and the electricity placement is unreliable at best.  Please plan accordingly.

  • Parking for this event is not included in the price. The fairgrounds will be charging for parking at the event. More information about this will be sent out in future emails.​
