Vendors and Artist, form coming soon to apply for a space at Bold City Con 2023.

Exhibitor pricing will be announced with the dates of the 2023 show. Keep an eye out here for more details soon.

Exhibitor Application Information:

  • Applications are reviewed upon receipt, but it may take up to SEVEN DAYS for you to receive a reply.
     

  • Each booth space comes with 2 free weekend vendor passes. Additional passes can be purchased in advance or at the event.
     

  • Each booth is an empty space, you must provide all of your own set-up materials.
     

  • If you would like a table and 2 chairs, you can select to pay an additional $10. Be aware, the tables from the Fairgrounds are wood topped and are well worn and you will need to provide your own table coverings.
     

  • We always encourage vendors to purchase more than one booth in order to reduce the number of "stores" present at the event.
     

  • Once billed, all vendor and artist invoices are due upon receipt.
     

  • No refunds will be issued once an invoice has been paid unless the event is cancelled.
     

  • Booth assignments are made by the Vendor Coordinator and are subject to change up to the day of the event.
     

  • Booth assignments and load-in details will be emailed about 1 week before the event.
     

  • Internet and Electricity are not included in the vendor space purchase.  Please plan accordingly.
     

  • Parking for this event is not included in the price. More information about this will be sent out in future emails.​
